Artist: Preson Phillips Song: Then They Will Know CD: The Observant & the Anawim... Genre: ac Label:Come&Live! Records Homepage
ADDING NOW AOR/AC!
I'm a Recording Artist and a church planter/pastor in downtown Tampa Florida at a missional church called WATERMARK. Thank you for your interest in my music. I am more excited about this new record than about any of my previous work. These songs are a documentary of my spiritual journey over that last 2 years, and are a written account of where the Lord has brought me in my life. I hope it blesses you in some way. It is entitled “The Observant and the Anawim”. The word “observant” is an english translation of the Hebrew word “tsadiq”, and it’s basic meaning is “one who adheres to the whole law of the Lord”. This tsadiq person would have been a Jew and would be awaiting the day of the coming Messiah.
The “Anawim” was a group of poor jewish women who would also be very observant of the law, and would spent parts of their day on the steps of the temple crying out to the Lord for oppressed peoples to be liberated, the poor to be provided for, the enslaved to be freed, for justice to flow freely and for the Messiah to come and redeem all of creation in a miraculous way.
In essence, the title of this record refers directly to Joseph and Mary... this is who they were, but in another way, I would like it to represent the younger generation today who desires to truly follow Jesus in ways that have been forgotten, or seen as unimportant.
These songs were all written for the church that I am the pastor of, Watermark, and were written for our studies in the books of Acts and Galatians. I have many more songs, but these are a cohesive collection meant to go together.

LOVELITE is a worship band whose vision is to write music that inspires praise in the hearts of His children and desire in the hearts of His lost. Let's get together and sing for the Architect and His name is Jesus.
LOVELITE BIO In a constantly changing world we have a God that is constantly the same. He is unique in every way and is worthy of worship.
Lovelite’s purpose and goal as an artist is to inspire praise in the hearts of God’s people and desire in the hearts of those who have yet to be met, and be met, by God – through music. Their hope is to offer a unique approach on congregational worship by writing alternative rock songs, inspired by the truth of God’s Word, that are simple in structure and approachable enough to be sung in churches.
In the early stages of marriage Andrew and Jen Polfer, the tag-team duo at the helm of Lovelite, began to realize their great desire to write songs for the church. Their singable melodies and creative arrangements quickly compelled the other members-to-be to form what is now Lovelite.
Lovelite is composed of Andrew Polfer (guitar/vocal) and Jen Polfer (guitar/vocal), with a rotating cast of supporting guitar players, keyboard players, bass players, and drummers. With a sound familiar to both pop and indie fans, Lovelite blends guitar and piano with a Euro/Indie flair. Andrew’s voice can be likened to that of Keane’s Tom Chaplin or Embrace’s Danny Mcnamara, while Jen’s voice bares similarities to Eisley and Brooke Fraser. The two find a gentle balance with creative harmonies that come from many years of singing together. The music draws comparisons to Death Cab for Cutie, Keane, Athlete, Sleeping At Last, Coldplay and the Doves.
Lovelite’s latest release, All Color, contains energetic and anthemic rock accesability as well as atmospheric ballads. Utilizing honest and subtle lyrics, each song illuminates different aspects and characteristics (or “colors”) of God and our relationship with Him. On the album’s first track, “There You Are,” the chorus says,”And if ever I am faithless, I can’t escape Your greatness, from the brightest of places, to the infinite spaces, there You are,” pointing to the reality that God is faithful and trustworthy while He patiently waits for us to come home.
Another song near the end of the album, “Unrivaled,” says “My unrivaled King, You speak poetry with Your word of love and the stars above, My unrivaled Love I was made for You, give me strength to stand and forfeit all I have”, revealing that we were made to live for Jesus and He is calling us to completely surrender to Him and find true peace. Some standout tracks are “There You Are”, “Honestly”, “The Fullness”, “One and Only”, and “Our Peace”.
Lovelite is a band that, with God’s guidance and blessing, desires to bring hope, passion and action to a generation unknowingly surrounded by darkness in order to let God’s love shine through. Andrew makes the point that, “There are only two eternal things in this world: God and people. We want to bring praise to God and hope to people.” Worship is eternal, even in the musical sense, so sing along!

I have been playing the guitar since as early as I can remember. My father taught me how to play and I haven't put the guitar down since. When my father passed away there were many other people that came into my life that were instrumental in shaping my musical style. As I grew older, I was privileged to play with some of the most talented musicians in Rochester, New York, and these experiences began to largely shape my songs.
Song writing became a passion of mine as a young teenager. When I was 19, I distinctly remember sitting at a Phil Wickham (National Christian recording artist) concert and thinking, "Wow, I would love to do what he is doing up on stage." From that point on it was almost as if God began giving me songs to write. I have heard comparisons of my music to those of artists such as: Shawn Mcdonald, Matt Kearney, Jack Johnson, and Jason Mraz, to name a few.
Like most artists, it is nearly impossible to continue in your craft without the support and encouragement from friends and listeners. I guess I got my start just playing in my friends house for anyone that was over and wanted to hear. As I began to meet more and more people, the overwhelming positive feedback is what kept pushing me to keep writing and performing. I have been blessed to have crossed paths with people that have generously offered their services (website, myspace, booking shows, etc.).
I want to be known as someone that writes about stuff that matters. Nothing makes me happier than when someone comes up to me to say, "Your music really inspires me to..." As long as God continues to inspire me to write, I am going to try to inspire others.
Artist: Barry Blaze Song: Beautiful Lamb CD: Patiently Waiting Genre: ac/inspo Label:Razbarry Records Homepage
ADDING IMMEDIATELY AC-INSPO!
The arts lured Barry Blaze early in life. Raised around musically gifted parents and family the need to compose was part of his genetic make up.
But as for pursuing a musical career, it was an encounter with God as a young adult that propelled him toward being a professional musician. His conviction to worship God through the arts began to shape his experiences and led to a series of songs and recordings that launched his music in the early '90s.
Blaze began writing and recording on his own which evolved into the euro-pop style music that became Code Of Ethics. This was a fresh new alternative to Christian Music of the time. After a decade of success in the Christian music industry, he transitioned from performing for the masses to a focus on playing for an audience of One.
In 2001 Blaze put his touring and writing on hold to join a staff of a growing church in North Florida. Learning to lead worship revealed something Blaze knew all along—God had made him to be an artist. More importantly, God had made him to help others understand that art and worship were designed to collaboratively reveal God’s glory. And it was back to the writing room for Blaze.
Three years ago after a life-threatening motorcycle accident on his favorite Florida drive, Blaze found himself with head trauma that included permanent hearing and vision loss. The physical tragedy led to a series of surgeries to partially restore his sight and hearing. Inner healing came as he let fear and vulnerability develop his faith into a first hand experience of trusting God with the good and horribly bad.
In the album Patiently Waiting, Blaze lyrically invites listeners to join him in an exploration of reverence and thanks to a sovereign God who is faithful beyond all circumstance. The album’s contemporary melodies deliver an enjoyable blend of pop and praise sharing hope during a time of great difficulty.
The inspiration behind the album’s title track was written during his recovery when Blaze found himself with a medicine-induced sleepless night. The lyrics of the song convey his soul’s deepest wounds during suffering, while the music moves through the sound of contentment regardless of the circumstances.
In addition to writing and producing his own music, Blaze is currently leading worship at a number of North Florida churches and is providing consultation and creative direction to church musicians and worship teams. He has also released a new Code of Ethics CD that is now available!

Born and raised in good ole TEXAS! My mom started dragging me to every revival and gospel meeting since I was a little girl... and that is what stired up my passion for Christ, and for the things of God. I found myself yearning and longing to worship.,. but i wasnt sure how... so i started playing guitar, and God just went to work on my heart and 99% of the songs i have written were out of that "core connection" with christ. His love is amazing and his faithfulness just blows me away! I believe that now more than ever it is time for the church to rise up and fulfill its purpose...and to start off our journey we gotta connect with the Father, and thats through "intamate" worship.
Jeremiah's Mission:
At times I find myself disqualifing me from the callings of God on my life. Sometimes I, like Jeremiah, think who am I? You want me to say what? Hello, Lord do you know who you're talking too?... The Bible says "GREATER is He that is in YOU, than he that is in the WORLD." It simply says, Look I have given you a hope and a future.... chill out I'll tell you what to say...
Lou Gramm is an American rock vocalist and songwriter. He was the lead vocalist for the rock band Foreigner for over 27 years and also had a successful solo career. Lou is now recording and touring with the Lou Gramm Band.
Lou Gramm signed on as the frontman for the band initially known as "Trigger," and later renamed Foreigner becoming one of the most successful rock vocalists of the late 1970s and 1980s. Gramm was the lead vocalist on many of Foreigner's hit songs, and achieved two of its biggest hits with the ballads "Waiting for a Girl Like You", which spent ten weeks at 2 on the 1981 American singles charts, and "I Want to Know What Love Is", which was a number 1 hit internationally in 1984.
In 1987 Gramm released his first solo album, Ready or Not, which received critical acclaim and contained a top five hit single with "Midnight Blue". This was followed by a late 1987 Foreigner album Inside Information and, eventually, a second solo effort, Long Hard Look, that included the top ten hit, "Just Between You and Me", and "True Blue Love", which reached the Top 40. Gramm also performed the title song from the 1987 movie The Lost Boys, titled "Lost in the Shadows."
Gramm returned to Foreigner in 1992 to record three new songs for the compilation, The Very Best of ... and Beyond, bringing a new energy back into the mix. In 1994, the group released the album Mr. Moonlight on the Rhythm Safari label.
In April 1997, two months after providing vocals for Christian rock band Petra's Petra Praise 2: We Need Jesus, and on the eve Foreigner was to leave for a Japan tour, Gramm was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Surgery was successful and Lou continued to tour with Foreigner until late 2002.
This current line-up of The Lou Gramm Band began performing in 2004, but the formation started over 30 years ago. Brothers Lou & Richard performed together for over three years in the early 1970's in a band called Blacksheep. Richard left the band to perform in brother Ben's band, Orange and was replaced in Blacksheep by Don Mancuso.
Lou then joined Foreigner in 1976. Eventually, Lou, Richard, Ben and Don made plans to perform together with the addition of keyboard/guitar player Andy Knoll.
The Lou Gramm Band currently tours and performs many of Lou's past hits from Foreigner and Lou's solo recordings. The band hopes to find appropriate venues for the songs presented in this CD!
Merging infectious rock/dance pop amalgamations with spiritually centered reflections stepped in social relevance, Hearts of Saints is a buzzworthy fresh face on the Christian music scene. The Kentucky-bred road warriors comprising singer Craig Felker, drummer Jason Killebrew, guitarist L.J. Granstaff and bassist Joel Purdy spent the last few years touring tirelessly, refining its innovate sound to razor sharp degrees, while attracting fans across the country. Among those who embraced the band early on was Grammy nominated and Dove award-winning artist GRITS, who recently signed the band to its Nashville-based label, Revolution Art.
“Hearts of Saints really summarizes an evolution- both for all four of us as players and in our personal lives,” notes Felker, who reveals the group was previously known as Special D during its indie days. “We’re maturing in our musical pursuits, and we’re growing more seasoned in life, which is naturally reflected in our songwriting.”
Evidence of that collective growth is replete throughout the group’s self-titled national debut, live shows and even its name. Hearts of Saints comes directly from the New Testament (Philemon 1:7), where Paul joyfully writes of a missionary experience: “For I have received considerable joy and encouragement from your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed, brother, through you” (International Standard Version).
“It’s almost become a mission statement for us and is a verse that gives us purpose and something to strive for,” Felker explains. “We’re not saying we’re ‘holier than thou’ or ‘saintly’ so to speak, but rather that were striving to live a life that reflects Jesus.” Our hope is to refresh people with our musical passions and also to lend them some encouragement no matter how severe their situation may seem.”
Thus far, Hearts of Saints has presented those very goals in multiple formats, most visibly, the concert circuit. Though the group’s a touring staple throughout the Midwest and South, the guys are steadily expanding their national presence through the festival circuit. Besides sharing the spotlight with the likes of TobyMac (Forefront/EMI), Skillet (Atlantic), Family Force 5 (Tooth & Nail/EMI), Jars of Clay (Nettwerk), Third Day (Essential), and Jason Morant (Integrity/Epic), Hearts of Saints scored main stage slots at AtlantaFest, Rock the Light, Unity Festival, Hills Alive, Crossover Festival and even Rock the Universe at Universal Studios
The group's also earned a steady presence on iTunes, selling albums in seven countries and fueling airplay for “Over and Over,” the single which topped regional charts and reprises itself on the band’s self-titled disc. The ten-track disc also boasts a series of surging rock anthems, ranging from the raucous “The Secret” to the explosive “Hello Grace,” plus the poignantly reflective “Recapture Me” and the boundless “Beautiful Mystery.” All the while, the band was joined in the studio by all-star producer Ainslie Grosser, best known for his work with Warner Brothers’ breakout act Mute Math.
“It’s going to consist of some songs our fans already know but will also include several brand new tunes they’ll be hearing for the first time,” promises Felker of a sound that lands somewhere in between Switchfoot, The Killers and U2 circa the 2000s. “Expect to hear our energetic rock/pop dynamic up another notch, and there will continue to be some dance/rock elements, along with the pop sensibility that my tone of voice typically gravitates toward.”
That exact aura is what attracted Revolution Art to this burgeoning alternative act, along with the players’ unbridled efforts at connecting with crowds outside of the studio and stage. “As a label, we strive to work with artists who are full of passion and creative potential, and we are delighted about our recent signing of Hearts of Saints,” echoes Mo Henderson, president of Revolution Art. “As a music lover, I strive to find talent that is both relevant and inspiring, and I believe we’ve found the best of both worlds with Hearts of Saints. After my first meeting with the guys, it became evident that we were in for something special.”
Even amidst all the changes, Felker is fast to reiterate that Hearts of Saints is the same four guys who’ve always poured tons of sweat and sacrifice into its craft. Outside of being a breakout year for the band that strives to chart a course of longevity, the foursome also hopes to break down those stereotypes associated with spiritually anchored acts.
“Our goal is to write great songs and put on a show with endless energy that has plenty of attitude, underscored by a hope-inspired presence,” he adds. “We have two thoughts when we write and that’s to move people either physically or internally, but if we can write a song that does both, then that’s when it becomes more than just rock n’ roll.”

I wish you could’ve been at my most recent birthday party, tripping back through time, my life in pictures on the screen. That blonde little tom-girl looking out at the camera, so unsure of herself. That young woman in love with the man of her dreams, holding tight to his arm, happiness oozing out every pore of her body. The tears that fell, seeing all those pictures of my strong, unforgettable Trent, who now lives in heaven. The young widow on stage in front of thousands, learning to breathe, beginning to dance again. The world-travels of a goofball, laughing her way across the world, mugging for the camera on planes and trains, drenched in the ocean, standing on top of mountains.
The seasons of my life flashed before my eyes—the joy, the pain, the mourning, the morning—I wish you could’ve seen it. Because if you could, you’d see how far I’ve come. You’d see how strong I’ve become. You’d know it’s only by God’s grace and power that I stand here. That I do anything at all.
But even before this birthday milestone, I knew I was ready to go there. I knew I was strong enough to lay it all out on the table for the world to hear, to express myself artistically in a whole new way, and to spill open my heart like never before.
Produced by Bernie Herms, Doug Beiden, Stephen Marshall and Brian Steckler, Stronger is nothing short of my testimony. It’s my story. It’s both a peek into my personal journal, as well as a response to what women and girls all over the world have shared with me. Women who are in seemingly impossible situations—adultery, divorce, abuse, trying to start over, trying to conceive, trying to hold on to faith when God seems silent. Stronger is my way of speaking life, saying, ‘Hold on to the truth that God will see you through this circumstance. Embrace all the possibilities of tomorrow, today. I’ve lived through the darkest of hours. I know what the other side looks like. And you can take me at my word. It’s not perfect, but it can still be glorious.

Always Believe, his latest CD, is a conscious departure from what he has done in the past. It has been a labor of love that is everything its name would indicate.
"This recording process was simple yet powerful. We tried to cut through the fluff and let the songs really speak", he says. "It took a ton of perseverance and was the most work i have ever put into a recording." Yet, he adds with a smile, "It was the most creative process I have ever been a part of."
For the first time McVicker sat in the producers chair co-producing the project with longtime friend and cohort Michael Aukofer. The studio used to record Always Believe was located in a dusty, rural Kansas farm town and, McVicker says, "the setting was perfect". "The only thing to focus on was the art and the message. After all, Wellington touts itself as the wheat capital of the world, so it all makes sense!" he laughs. "It's all a part of the journey."
His journey has taken him to 49 states and 6 countries, sharing nearly 1000 concerts. He has garnered multiple awards, including a Dove Award for "My Deliverer", a song a song co-written with the late Rich Mullins.
Yet, for McVicker it is not easy. While on the road, he does the driving, set up, and tear down that comes with each concert. At home, he books his tour schedule himself and handles the day-to-day workings of his vocation. But to him, it is worth it.
"I've heard it said that our calling is where our deepest joy and the world's greatest need meet. I know the last thing the world needs is another Christian musician," he muses. "But the world does needthe truth. I love doing this, and I get to create and do what I can so that the truth can perhaps be exposed a bit more."
There has been no greater creative influence on McVicker's life than the aforementioned Rich Mullins. He spent years traveling, performing concerts, writing, and recording with the award-winning, chart-topping, countless-album-selling Mullins.
Then as the two were on their way to a concert, they were in a carwreck. The crash claimed the life of Mullins and left McVicker in critical condition. He suffered collapsed lungs, broken bones, was left in a coma, and hospitalized for 7 weeks. His recovery lasted years and the experience infuses everything that McVicker does to this day.
"I miss Rich a ton," he says. "Going through that scared me a lot. But, I am grateful that the faithfulness of Jesus persists when mine lacks. The Lord makes us, and often He seems to use that which is hard." He goes on, smiling wryly, "But most good things are hard, and most hard things are good. "
It is with this sentiment that McVicker continues his rigorous, hundred-concert-per-year tour schedule and carries with him th theme of his latest CD.
As he embarks on his Always Believe Tour, he echoes the CD's opening track, "15 Minutes" when he says "I can't worry about the weather. We are called to trust and believe regardless of the experiences we encounter. In life there is trouble; but in trouble, there is life.

Mel Holder's ministry flows from his relationship with the Lord. He clearly celebrates the gifts given to him as heard in his 1999 release, Now & Forever The Continuation. This jazz/gospel project made its presence known on Billboard's Top Contemporary Christian Chart. Mel's 2000 Christmas project, A Gift So Special, can be enjoyed year-round, featuring uplifting renditions of Little Drummer Boy and Silent Night. Currently, more than one hundred radio stations nationally have these projects in rotation.
Mel's identification with Christ and his submission of God\'s gift have brought him to minister with such artists as Fred Hammond, Vickie Winans, Timothy Wright, Nancey Jackson, Trinitee 5:7, Angelo and Veronica, and Kurt Carr. In addition, he has appeared on The Candi Stanton Show, which is part of Trinity Broadcasting Network. In 1997, he was nominated for a Grammy with Sister Carrol for her album "Lyrically Potent".
Mel enjoys his international ministry but understands that he is a servant for the Lord. Recently he began sharing his views on creative arts ministry authoring; Serving vs. Starring and Ministry vs. Industry featured articles in Gospel Synergy. Mel will continue to write about the heart of a servant and truly serving in God's will and anticipates compiling his thoughts into a book very soon.
In addition to writing, opening doors for other talented Christian artists is a desire of Mel's. Utilizing his gifts as a producer, he's done projects for dedicated artists including Larry and Marrissa Felder, Lanee Battle, Inger Reid, Gary Anglin, and Billy & Sarah Gaines. Mel's church home is in New York under the leadership of Dr. Rev. A.R. Bernard, Sr. At New York Christian Life Centre. Rev. Bernard teaches how to apply God's word on a practical level. He has sown seeds through his work with the United Global Mission Alliance (UGMA) in the depths of Russia where he ministered to many orphanages. This year, UGMA will continue to bring the gospel to Venezeula and other countries.

Even with four albums, twelve years of touring, a steady stream of die-hard supporters, regular spots with Acquire the Fire, Youth Encounter, Planet Wisdom and Youth Specialties events, plus four critically acclaimed projects (1999’s "It’s a Mystery", 2003’s "Illuminate", 2004’s "Strangely Looking Forward", and 2009’s "Redefined"), Daniel’s Window admits that it’s the personal encounters with members of their audience that mean the most to each of them.
“We’ve all listened to our favorite bands and had great experiences at live concerts, but I think it means more to everyone involved when there’s a personal connection – when we’ve had a conversation, shared a meal, and spent time with people,” shares bass player Caleb King. “Those interactions off-stage are more important to me than any particular performance that we’ve done.”
These musicians are pushing boundaries beyond where members ever traveled before and have ended up with their most ambitious effort to date with their fourth album "Redefined". In doing so, they’re giving fans more to sink their teeth into and opening the doors wider for those who’ve yet to jump on board.
Daniel's Window consists of the husband and wife team of bassist Caleb King and lead singer Heather King; they're joined by guitarist Alby Odum and his cousin, drummer Jesse Burkhead. This foursome's music is packed tightly with tunes that center around a theme of Christ’s omnipotent presence and how He’s the ultimate source of solace through life’s many uncertainties and insecurities. Each lyric is crafted from a deeply personal perspective that also incorporates a very vertical mindset sure to take one’s thoughts beyond this life’s cares and up towards the eternal.
If there’s any underlying element that can be derived from the band’s time together, it is the members’ fervent commitment to their faith and unwavering stance when it comes to spreading the gospel everywhere they go. Beyond trying to cash in on a craze or keep up on the current fads, Daniel’s Window seeks to excel with originality and an honorable commitment to spirituality.
“It’s always been vital for us to really present who we are as people in our music,” shares front person Heather King. “We’re not afraid to talk about the issues we’re facing, the points we’re at in our walks as believers and the thankfulness we have for the blessings given to us.”
Artist: Jesse Sprinkle Song: Where Diamonds Grow CD: Surrounded By Lights Genre: ac/chr Label:Blind Records Homepage
This is Jesse Sprinkle's 2008 solo release and add another notch of achievement in a long career of a consistently excellent music. Sprinkle can't help but make moving, powerfully impactful tunes. Fans of Neil Finn, Ice Cream Hands, Elliot Smith and good tunesmanship, Sprinkle's outings are always worth checking out. "Surrounded By Lights" is a more of a laid-back affair than "The Corner Of An Unlit World" but the hallmarks of carefully blended vocals and soaring open chorded strums very much remain. Crisp guitar lines and rich, soothing vocals urge the complete success of this project clearly into focus, opening up fresh pop vistas of effortless strumming and lovely melodies. IT does not get much better than this for fans of acoustically, chiming, ringing power pop than this. Lyrically rich, the songs rely on sugar-sweet harmonies on every second of this CD.
Sprinkle`s music is sparse and spacious, moody but not gloomy. It`s essentially the man and his guitar, and most of the instruments that he colors the tunes with. Sprinkle rifles around the thesaurus in his head, searching for an appropriate label before settling on "darker pop."
While primarily known as the drummer for national recording artist Dead Poetic, Jesse Sprinkle has also released a number of solo records as a singer-songwriter in the past ten years. The Seattle, Washington native was thrust into the music industry over a decade ago as the drummer for the legendary underground group Poor Old Lu.
Since the band disbanded in 1996, Jesse has been the drummer for acts such as Demon Hunter, Michael Knott, Denison Witmer, Kutless, Starflyer 59, The Lashes and many others.

ADDING NOW TO AC FORMATS!
I want to thank you for playing my music and/or the radio feature Cast Yourself In!
And I'm wondering if you would pass something on to your listeners. I have a free download of one of my songs at www.perrylahaie.com.
It's a remake of the Keith Green tune "Pledge My Head to Heaven."
It's a song that calls us to love Jesus more than anything, more than anyone, more than our own lives. Thanks for the honor of being able to partner with you in calling your listeners to the full life that is in Jesus!
p.s. If you'd like to do an interview with me or would like some CD giveaways, or if you'd like me to send you music to play on the station, please let me know.
Artist: Lynne Clarke Song: Innocent Man CD: Later On Genre: ac Label:Independent Homepage
Lynne has been touched by an eclectic and varied list of legendary performers! Artists such as ...Mahalia Jackson, Neil Diamond, Joan Baez, Shirley Bassey, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Eddie Arnold, Gladys Night and the Pips, Stevie Wonder, The Bee Gees, Elton John, The Beatles, Nat King Cole and even ... Johnny Mathis have been influential to Lynne's artistry and musical stylings!
Lynne is a devout Christian who has seen what Jesus can do in the life of a believer. When she was six, Lynne’s parents left everything behind and immigrated to the USA. They literally sacrificed all in this move to bring the family of seven from Venezuela to the USA. As the youngest of five, Lynne took stock of how her mother was able to go from being an elementary school teacher, to working as a maid in the US, raise five children while at the same time attend college to finally receive a degree as a top grade registered nurse. Lynne’s mom proved to be a powerful model of faith and perseverance and the wonderful things that one can do when one opens his or her heart to Jesus.
Lynne Clarke is a Contemporary Christian Singer/Songwriter with a gift for verse and melody. She prefers to tell stories through her lyrics that show both practical examples of faith in action and convey the message of the gospel. Though songwriting came later, music has always played a major role in her life. Lynne began singing in the fourth grade in her elementary school glee club. As an adult she sang in the church choir.
She began writing Christian music as an outlet during a difficult period in her life. She initially performed for friends and family. She later played at church and larger community events. She now has a faithful following of supporters and believes that the Lord is calling her to share her music with the whole world.
