Artist: Relikis Song: Don\'t Think About It (radio edit) CD: Soulja City Genre: hiphop Label:Shamrock Media Group Homepage
Going For Adds ... NOW!!!
Year Of Release: 2008
Format(s): Hip Hop
General Info:
The parable of Don’t Think About it unveiled:
The inspiration of this song came directly from the Apostle Paul. He tells us in God’s Word (1 Timothy 6:12)
That we need to Fight the good fight of the faith... No matter how much pressure we may feel from this world, or how many times we get knocked down, we need to get back up always! To press on toward the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14).
I love to write songs in parable form, Jesus did that same form of storytelling and it’s just so creative. Plus it makes the listener want to dig deeper and find out what it’s really all about. I added boxing and ultimate fighting references into the song, to make it relatable and to add some fun creativity. The main message you will find in this song, is the Spiritual aspect of never giving up on what God has called us to do!
Album Info:
With a # 1 radio single already under his belt, Relikis drops his last single off Soulja City. New album due out Sep 08!
Lyrics:
Round One; Stepping into the ring, but I ain\'t flashy like the prince with the Bling/ Warming up with a smile, I\'m gonna get the job done/ If you don\'t want a beating you best get up and run/ But nah, I\'m saying for real I\'m a Soulja at war/ Vegas got money and boxing, running thru stores/ Atlantic City baby, get your boom box ready/ If you really want to battle, you best done get ready/ Blue and black, black and blue they come/ The iced out patches, only the raw type ones/ So if you gonna bet, bet on the A plus team/ One count, two count, one more makes three/ My prediction is, the KO\'d knockout punch/ If you hear a big snap, that\'s your jaw going crunch/ Boom, Right hook left uppercut to the chin/ You seem them dropping to the floor you know who\'s gonna win/
Don't Think About It, Don't Even Think About It/
My crew will win and I don't doubt it/
The A-Team is back in the building/
Make noise everybody, yeah ya feel me/
Round two; So now what you gonna do/
Step to me, that\'s like stepping the boundaries/
My partners say that I got hits like Sonny Liston/
If this opinion is true, you must be listening/
Shuckin\' and jivin\' I\'m jivin\' shuckin\' fakin\' them out/
One hit to the dome, and then they bent their lights out/
Fed off of corn, was the Real Deal Holyfield/
If you see the fist coming, get your eye chilled/
But if you get knocked down, don\'t be a punk get up/
You gotta gotta keep pressing on, gotta suck it up/
Now you know that when I fight, I fight to win/
And If I focusing on all the thin talk, forget my pen/
You a lightweight, middleweight, heavierweight/
You got to throw a couple jabs, because this here is your fate/
One thing I know is my crew get stacks/
And I'ma fight this good fight, in this title match/
Round Three; Now who\'s it gonna be/
Lennox Lewis? Or Muhammad Ali/
Who is the real undisputed king of the ring/
Who is the real unbeaten Champ, King of All Things/
I'll take a poll then coast to coast/
But I ain't about to rate it on boasting most/
You talk the talk, can you walk the walk/
And Im gonna place all my W's on a board with chalk/
Give me a towel, for blood, sweat, and tears/
A debut right now, but beyond my years/
Its like, guts to glory or Robert to Horry/
Being the all time king that's the end of the story/
You ought to know tight Honor bound man/
Closed fist in my hand, and thank God for my fans/
I got the will power to ignite the crowd/
Listen close from round one, all the way up until now/

Artist: Blue Chip & Specialist Song: All Over Me CD: GROUNDzero Genre: hiphop Label:Arete Music Group Homepage
BOANEGES: The Sons of Thunder. Men who were so on fire for Jesus not only were they called as disciples but called to Jesus’ inner circle. Men who were such soldiers for the Kingdom of God they were willing to burn down the kingdoms of earth to defend it.
Men like these have been missing from our generation for years until NOW… Blue Chip (Gerard Hennig) and Specialist (Rudy Ramos) also known as the devastating duo BOANERGES, formed in the fall of 1999, and quickly got to work for the Kingdom. They created a buzz in the city of Louisville, Kentucky until the public demanded an album.
In the middle of recording their first album God sent them to Indianapolis, Indiana for more than an opportunity to minister. After leaving the stage high in the Spirit the owner of Tyscot Records had a contract waiting for them to sign.
Teamed up with the likes of Knowledge, L.O.G.I.C., and Fiti Futuristic, some of Indianapolis’ best Christian emcees, Righteous Riders was born. Blue Chip and Specialist ministered on tour with the Righteous Riders adding an element of the anointing of God not seen in Christian Hip-Hop.
With their primary focus on ministry God sent them on tour throughout the U.S. and overseas in Europe. They have shared the stage with Corey Red, Master P and Lil’ Romeo, Pettidee , Missy Elliot and Timberland, Trina, Detrick Haddon, Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz, Michelle of Destiny’s Child, Prime Minister, B.B. Jay, Lexi, Woody Rock of Drew Hill, Gospel Gangstaz, Trick Daddy, Dr. Bobby Jones, Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary as well as many others.
As you can see they are not afraid to take the Gospel to the streets. They have had three music videos in heavy rotation on B.E.T., The Inspirational Network and The Word Network. They have also frequently visited T.B.N. for guest appearances and ministry opportunities. Blue Chip and Specialist aka BOANERGES are seasoned veterans to the life of Christian Hip-Hop ministers. With their radio hit “The Vibe” from the Righteous Riders album “The Awakening” and an outstanding presence on “Internal Affairs”, Blue Chip and Specialist aka BOANERGES is back in the lab working on their first official album since 1999. Specialist and Blue Chip are calling out the devil to battle on the new project: “GROUNDZero”. With innovative production from fellow Righteous Rider L.O.G.I.C., and the most ferocious rhymes you’ve ever heard from Christian emcees; Blue Chip and Specialist has set the standard for Hip-Hop ministers worldwide. With their cry loud and spare not attitude “GROUNDZero” is an album not to be taken lightly.
Artist: J-CLX Song: Night Out CD: The Long Shot - EP Genre: hiphop/urban Label:Independent Homepage
FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE JASSICA FOR HER SUPPORT...THANKS BABE FOR SHOWING ME GOD'S LOVE
I'm J-CLX(J-CLIX) a Hiphop artist my aim is to get another ear to hear me out, trying to get another spirit to believe in my music as much as I do. I was born in Toronto, Canada in 1983, with Jamaican and English parents. I grew up listening to R&B and Reggae. As I entered my teens I started to form a passion for hip hop, however it wasn't till I was 19 that I would decide to devote my whole life to making music.
I worked really hard to become better and better everyday. Writing late at night when I got home from work and many times I re-wrote songs or threw them away if I didn't think they were a hit single.
When I was 21 I started to get some breaks. I was awarded a VideoFact grant for a music video and that year my video was playing on much Vibe, my song was playing on local radio stations and I had just finished my album. That all changed when I met a guy named Bree and he introduced me to Jesus Christ.
My world was flipped upside down and though it was hard, I knew I could no longer persue the type of music that I was currently making. It really hurt me, I put a lot of hardwork, sweat, time and A LOT OF MONEY, but I had to trust God.
I realized I would rather know the true God than continue living a lie with my music. I scrapped my album and at the time it was heartbreaking, but I later found out it would be more than worth it. In 2005 I got married and in 2006 I had my son, Silas. I didn't know how everything would turn out, adding more to my life while still trying to make it in the music industry.
However God is training me to trust him and he hasn't let me down and I know he won't. Now I'm on track with better music now then even before and I'm doing it with God.

From the band Christafari comes Avion Blackman with a sound described as Sade meets Norah Jones with world music undertones. Acoustic guitar in hand, she ventures on a musical journey to glorify Jesus Christ through song. With stunning lyrical and vocal sincerity, Avion brings forth an emotional album steeped in ethnic textures pleasing to the ears and satisfying to the soul. The subtle world music influences from this native Trinidadian add spice to this uniquely flavored album. Her vocals caress a captivating blend of Folk, Jazz, Reggae, African, Indian, Soca, R&B, Jamoo and Jungle to craft a meditative musical masterpiece. Avion's songs are stripped back to their essential elements (voice, melody, and meticulously arranged instrumentation); resonating in the heart and in the head long after the last note has fallen silent. This intimate recording was produced by Mark Mohr of Christafari (won Producer of the Year at the 2004 UGI Awards), and co-produced by Solomon Jabby and Avion Blackman.

Tommy Kyllonen, also known as Urban D. (Disciple) to his music fans, founded the youth ministry at Tampa, Fla.-based Crossover Community Church in 1996. Starting with just four teens, he and his wife developed a first-of-its-kind Hip-Hop Youth Ministry which over the span of six years grew to 200, far outpacing attendance in the main Sunday worship. In January 2002, Tommy became the lead pastor at Crossover and a new vision was birthed to specifically reach the Hip-Hop Culture.
Crossover Community Church became Purpose-Driven in their structure and began to truly engage the culture in their community. Tommy carefully incorporated music, dance, visual arts, media and relevant messages into the worship context and campus without compromising the truth of God’s word. The ministry has seen incredible growth as Crossover’s weekend attendance jumped from 40 to over 400 in less than four years. The youth services reach hundreds more as the church campus has become a haven for the community youth.
Tommy also pioneered an annual Hip-Hop/urban ministries conference called Fla.vor Fest. The event, now in its seventh year, has attracted thousands of pastors, youth pastors, lay leaders and artists from around the world to the musical festival and conference to fellowship, network and get equipped to better reach this culture. Due to the momentum of the three-day conference, The INSP Network filmed the event and concerts and has released two double-disc DVD sets that are available in Christian stores nationwide. Tommy also hosts the “Fla.vor Fest Hip-Hop Series” TV show on INSP that reaches 48 million homes in the U.S.
