i write, draw, paint, sing, play acoustic guitar, electric guitar, arrange songs, produce my own work... sometimes other artists work and just plain dive head first into all things i feel worth diving into...... i've sung in bars, coffee shops, i've sung at music festivals all over this world...... i've played in many versions of the same band and i've played my songs with a lone guitar and harmonica................ i spent several years singing and playing in churches..... the kind of churches that allow artists to create honest artistic expressions of their faith.... i've learned how to write and sing songs for little kids - and have a blast while making a complete fool of myself! ......... i've written jingles that were heard on radio stations and seen on TV...... everytime i get on stage - it feels like the first time................ i've toured with many bands - the 77's, vigilantes of love, sixpence none the richer, waterdeep and some other bands you may never have heard of......... i did a show with king's x and even opened for a flock of seaguls (twice)............ so i've been there and done that......................... i play alot with my good friend RUBEN V and we've written some songs together.............. born in upstate new york but i've been spending my time in san antonio texas these days......................... and here i will stay and play and write and create - for now anyway. it was U2 and their album "the unforgettable fire" that inspired me to write a song..................... later on i fell in love with Bob Dylan "blood on the tracks" and "oh mercy"..... then it was the waterboys and world party and then spiritualized and richard ashcroft...............the list goes on and on - but i think you get my vibe..................... if you're in san antonio come check out a show or two - i would love to meet you.
