Sandra Smith. With a range from first soprano to a deep melodic alto she generates without missing a beat.
The message comes out loud and clear, relax and hear from heaven through this powerfully sweet anointed voice. The baby of nineteen siblings, she was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Her parents brought her up in a God centered home, where she came to know about the Lord. But, at the early age of sixteen the death of her mother changed her life forever. What always got her through were the songs.
The songs, her mother sang around the house, songs she sang in church, and new songs given by divine inspiration. She also says that “God kept me… because of my mother’s prayers”. Yes, with a very prayerful mother who taught her well to look to Jesus and always know that He loves you and care for you. And the loving devoted relationship that her Father and Mother shared as a couple, her childhood desire was to share this love that she experienced daily with the world by, “Singing for Jesus” and “Letting everyone know who God truly is and what He is like”.
That is truly a life long ambition; that is demonstrated in her character and through every song. While singing and songwriting is her act of praise and worship she shares a passion of “Helps” with her high school sweet heart hubby, and together they speak to groups and to one-on-ones about every vital issue of life. They minister to the hearts and minds of every age group. Sharing God’s love is their number one priority.
Narrow Street Music, is their sons music production company, established from their early family music ministry of “Serenity Gospel Ministry”. Sandra has traveled the world over demonstrating the unconditional love of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ wherever she goes. Her goal is to reach all for the increase of the Kingdom of all Mighty God.
